Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Vibrant Skin Healthcare Sdn Bhd will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, written contents and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Vibrant Skin Healthcare Sdn Bhd.

Product Information

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user’s monitor.

Newsletter

User shall agree that drkent.com.my may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

Indemnification

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Vibrant Skin Healthcare Sdn Bhd harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Link to other sites

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. Vibrant Skin Healthcare Sdn Bhd will not be related or involve to any such website if the user’s content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.

Inaccuracy Information

From time to time, there may be information on drkent.com.my that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers.

Termination

This agreement is effective until either the customer or Vibrant Skin Healthcare Sdn Bhd terminates it. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. Vibrant Skin Healthcare Sdn Bhd may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will deny the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in good condition for a 30% refund or exchange to another product with same or lower price tag. You may top up the balance if you wish to exchange with a product with higher price range. To process your exchange, please mail the receipt and product back to us at Dr Kent Clinic, 47-1, Jalan Puteri 1/8, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email of notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days. If the item you have opted for an exchange is out of stock, then a 30% refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us not in good condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Faulty Goods

From time-to-time, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us at drkentclinic@hotmail.com. Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.

Shipping Policy

Delivery fee is free for purchases above RM500. This is only applicable for orders within Malaysia.
For purchases below RM500, delivery chargers will be as below:
RM10 for West Malaysia
RM15 for East Malaysia
*Delivery chargers for international orders will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider.

We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Payment Policy

You may pay via interbank transfer, credit or debit card and E-wallet payment. Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice; however, these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (paid) orders.
