Our outlets cater to our dealers and business partners, and we mainly offer wholesale services. Our retail customers can make their purchases from our retail shops or via our TikTok Shop and Shopee, The Pet Family.
Are you a retail fish shop?
We are not a retail fish shop; we are a wholesaler and distributor, and our procedures are slightly different from those of conventional retail shops.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are sold at select retail shops. You may locate the nearest store using our Store Locator page, or shop through our TikTok Shop and Shopee under The Pet Family.
Do you import or export ornamental fish?
Yes, we import and export a variety of ornamental fish through international trading, ensuring high-quality standards throughout the process.
Do you supply products nationwide?
Yes, our products are supplied all over the country through our dealer networks and retail stores.
What are your operating hours?
Our office is open on weekdays from 8:30 AM till 5:45 PM and also Saturdays from 8:30 AM till 12:30 PM. We are not operational on Sundays and holidays.
